Chocolate Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe

Chocolate-Chia-Seed-SmoothieTreat yourself with this delicious smoothie that tastes very decadent but is actually really good for you & dairy and gluten free!

  • 1 cup milk of your choice (Almond/Rice/Coconut)
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of Blueberries
  • A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional).

Add all the ingredients into your blender for around for 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
