Golden Turmeric Milk

Turmeric is a spice with a range of health benefits! It has been used in India and China for thousands of years for its therapeutic abilities because it has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Turmeric is excellent for arthritis, inflammatory skin conditions, digestion, immunity, age related diseases, heart disease, pain relief, detoxification, and even cancer prevention.

Serving suggestions: Drink daily. The paste can also be taken straight from the jar by consuming 1 tsp per day straight off the spoon or add to smoothies or natural yoghurts.

Bonus foods:

Black pepper improves digestion and stimulates the breakdown of fat cells. It increases the absorption of certain nutrients such as selenium, B vitamins and beta-carotene. It has antibacterial and antioxidant properties. It supports and enhances liver detoxification.

Raw honey is a natural energizer with a source of vitamin B2 and B6, iron and manganese. It is great for immune support against any colds, flus or infections because of its anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. It can be used to soothe sore throats and coughs.
