Peanut Sauce

Most store bought peanut sauces will predominantly contain large quantities of sugar and salt, not to mention the preservatives and chemical additives. This versatile sauce contains only natural flavours, health boosting ingredients, and absolutely no preservatives.

Additionally, you’ll reap the benefits of a protein punch from the peanut butter and the endless health perks of garlic.

Tip: To maximize the health benefits, mince the garlic and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before cooking. This triggers an enzyme reaction that boosts the healthy, cancer-fighting compounds within garlic.

This sauce is great as a satay dipping sauce, a zesty Thai salad dressing, soba noodle and veg stir-fry sauce, a marinate for salmon, or a delicious sauce for Asian lettuce wraps.

*Makes approximately 250ml. Store in airtight jar in fridge for up to 5 days.
